UPDATE

Well everyone, things are GREAT and moving along well! We have the T-shirts that are selling very well and can be purchased at Leo's Pride on Wednesday and every home game. 100% of the proceeds go to the Williams Family Fundraiser's when purchased. ALSO, how very cool is this...

Seth Trembly and the Colorado Rapids have put together a fundraiser that will be taking place in Denver on September 6!! It will be held at Delaney's Bar on Blake Street and Optimal Frequency, one of the best bands in Denver will be playing and DONATING their playing that evening, which is HUGE. Seth has worked out a percentage of the bar proceeds going to The Williams Fundraisers, and also a silent auction. The majority of the Rapids are attending and it will be a great time! Laura, Jen, Julie, and I will be going back to help. With Julie there we will have some great pictures. How cool is this that Seth has worked to put this all together. Again, the name is so POWERFUL, SOCCER DOES UNITE!!

Jordan Cila will also be hosting a Fundraiser on September 13, It will be at a bar called Redemption in New York City. The event wll be after the NYRB vs RSL game. It will be an open bar event, and all proceeds (profit after cost of drinks) will be going towards Soccer Unites and The Sporting Chance Foundation. Another AMAZING event!

We have the golf tournament on September 17 at The Ranches, that is coming along well! We are still looking for sponsors, or donations for Casino Night on October 11, but we are off to a good start. Remember the Texas Hold Tournament, you need to pay your entry fee and get signed up before all the spots are gone.

I will be giving you all the details on the Juan Diego and Judge girls soccer fundraiser on September 30. This one is going to be really cool as well. I am SO impressed with the Juan Diego and Judge Girl's Soccer teams, they have just amazed me with the support and willingness to help. In order to play this game, the girls had to give up playing a full game. This was a difficult thing because Judge beat Juan Diego last year in the finals. So, this game was huge to these girls. I know when they are able to present a check to Soccer Unites for their efforts, it will be worth it! Come support them and let them experience success from their sacrifice and efforts.
